What AI does

Drafts rows from a photo of a paper sign-in sheet.
Fills a new event form from a pasted message, link or flyer.
Drafts a resume line, a broadcast or an event story from the facts.

What AI never does

Save a row. A coordinator confirms each one.
Invent a time. A blank on the sheet stays blank.
Add numbers, verify hours or sign badges.

Minors and location

Collected only when needed, and kept small.

Under 13

Refused at sign-up, at the door and online. Nothing is stored.

Ages 13 to 17

They confirm a parent or guardian knows when they join, keep their hours, and can’t share a record without a guardian’s OK.

Messages

Announcements only for minors. No event chats, no direct messages.

Location

Opt-in on both sides. No coordinates stored, and verifying wipes it.
